I was conceived in a laboratory as a half-human half-android hybrid to work as a diplomat of sorts between humans and robots, should the latter ever become both self-aware and able to create and sell plots for reality TV. My subconscious, sensing imperfection, rejected the biological aspects of my being and replaced them with sufficient android components.
