Well, they just started doing random bag inspections on subways and ferries out here in NYC. Bah.

Well, they just started doing random bag inspections on subways and ferries out here in NYC. Bah.
There hasn’t been anything quite like that here yet, but I did notice an increased police force when riding the train yesterday.

There hasn’t been anything quite like that here yet, but I did notice an increased police force when riding the train yesterday.
Yeh, I don’t think you notice the extra police presence here – I think they’re 90% undercover. And, apparently the man who was shot was actually shot by an SAS marksman, so they appear to have more than just a police presence out there.
