Forum buttons don’t work in Opera

The grey buttons in the forum (new topic, post reply, etc.) don’t work in Opera 8.5.0 on XP SP2. When I hover over them, the cursor changes, but the button does not change to its hover state, and clicking on it does nothing.

Also, can you rearrange the edit and quote buttons? I keep accidently hitting edit when I wish to quote.
