Furthermore I fail to see the potential for computerized diamonds, wheras a computerized vacuum cleaner would have potential in the area of automation.
Furthermore, as a day to day windows (only, for the most part) user I myself do not find the remarks infammitory, and believe that anyone with suficient experience would also agree, unless they bear the last name of Ballimer. (or Tempest)
It’s long been rumored that the only thing Microsoft could make that WOULDN’T suck is a vacuum cleaner. I suppose you could try some BattleBots-meets-Little-Shop-of-Horrors-meets-MIT experiment where you meld a Mac mini (or other small computer) to a vacuum cleaner and test the results, but I wouldn’t recommend trying it on your mom’s Hoover. Or mini, for that matter.
