All in one locked room unfortunately!

So what’s unfortunate?

According to Real Simple magazine’s special edition on home living in organized fashion...well, you just don’t do that.

three rooms would do the job

1) Media/Den where the 5.1’s belong along with the TiVo
2) Office/Cube Computer where the 19” monitor belogs
3) Bedroom w/ 0 electronics except perhaps a musical alarm clock from Bose

Maybe I’ll get in a suite next year at college or my own apartment.

Ya, it’s more ideal to spread the electronics out and have less in your bedroom.  Particularly, it used to be because of the noise, but this Cube, as I’ve said, is quiet.  I really appreciate that.

After a little research this seems to be the best solution for me.

One terabyte, wow! RAID is great too if you have a relatively new PM.
The price/space ratio is slightly too high though, $0.78 per gigabyte, compared to 0.53 looking at a 250 GB LaCie and the lowest price here:

I thought it got lower the more space you buy.

Isn’t the smaller one just a single HD not RAID?

It isn’t clear if your HD has more than one.
Does “5.25” 2U size” mean two disks?
In that case I can understand the higher price.
