This is an exciting time for our staff. We are currently experiencing a quick growth in our reader base. Our articles have been featured on a number of web sites, including MacBytes, MacSurfer, and various developer sites when they like what we say about their products.

Within the next couple days, we will be slowly shutting down parts of the current site as we prepare to launch the brand new Deep Thought Friday at 12:00 PM GMT. Here’s what to expect over the next two days:

• New member registration on the forum (but not the rest of the site) is being restricted, as we will be moving to a new forum system which integrates better with the rest of the site.
  
• Posting abilities in the current forums will be shut off for all forum members during the launch.
  
• RSS feeds have been removed. They will return when the new site is launched.
  
• Since the separate Mac and PC sites will be merged into one, access to the Mac and PC sites will become restricted after the launch.
  
• There may be some disruptions on the site as we make the switch to the new site (we may take the entire site offline briefly if needed).

We have a lot of new site features coming. When the dust settles, we hope you enjoy what we’ve been working on for the past three months.
