Lawsuit: iTunes in violation of antitrust regulations

Continuing the recent fit of lawsuit madness, Apple is being sued by a less-than-thrilled iTunes user, because it does not work with his non-Apple music player. From the Reuters article:

There is legal precedent for such claims, but courts usually conclude competing products as viable alternatives, Gellhorn said.

“As a practical matter, the lower courts have been highly skeptical of such claims,” Gellhorn said.

It should be interesting to see how this turns out.
