Mac site of the week: Mac OS X vs. Windows XP (XvsXP.com)

The Deep Thought staff has been well aware of XvsXP.com for a while now. After all, each of us are current or former XvsXP forum members. XvsXP is a rather in-depth comparison of Windows XP and Mac OS X, covering over 100 aspects of the two operating systems. XvsXP isn’t perfect; it doesn’t cover everything and does not take into account hardware configurations, software availability, or other factors. And since the two operating systems are so complex, there are some parts XvsXP might miss. Don’t rely on XvsXP as a one-stop platform information shop. But for those who are curious about switching from one platform to another, want to learn more about an OS, or want to debate the finer points of OS X and XP, XvsXP is a great place to start.

Note In the interest of full disclosure, our affiliation with XvsXP had no influence on the writing of this article. An interesting site is an interesting site, be us affiliated to it or not. Deep Thought does not get anything--monetary or promotional--from XvsXP for posting this article.
